Water bottle: Preferably one that tracks your intake – or you can get a tracker app! My new obsession is the HidrateSpark water bottles! They GLOW!
Lunch box with containers: Take food with you on all your adventures! Avoid the junk food and stay full. I just got the 6 Pack and love it!
Yoga mat: I don’t use mine for yoga, but it allows me to do my workouts ANYWHERE. Fitness in the park is the best fitness and a yoga mat makes it better.
A music device with an awesome playlist. Fitness can be a nagging burden sometimes. Listening to your favorite songs makes it so much better!
Foam roller: My new found love. For muscle soreness I take about 10-15 minutes to roll it out. Nice relaxing excuse to go out in the sun and lay in the grass for a bit!
Pre-workout supplement: For those summer mornings you just feel like sleeping in, keep a water bottle filled with pre-workout by your bed to get you energized and ready to kick butt in a summer morning workout.
Blender: Invest in a blender. It doesn’t have to be super expensive or fancy. But summer smoothies with tons of greens are going to really help you stay on track!
A workout and nutrition plan crucial! So many people don’t see the progress they want because they’re just blindly working out and have no strategic plan behind it. I did for years! Have a plan this summer!
Bright summer tanks from Nike clearance! (or anywhere, I’m just a Nike girl). I AM SO MUCH more motivated to work out when I have a cute outfit to throw on!
