Rule of thumb: Eat a serving of veggies at every meal! Healthy skin, healthy hair, weight loss, vitamins, it's beneficial in more ways than one!

Breakfast: Omelet with 1 cup spinach
Snack: broccoli, cucumber, celery mix
Lunch: Salad with pepper, spinach, and chicken
Snack: Shakeology nutrition shake with added spinach
Dinner: Turkey patty with 1 cup green beans
Snack: Protein shake
