Scramble it in with your morning eggs! If you cook it in well enough you wont even notice it's there! Start with 1/2 cup of spinach with 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg.
Blend it in with your daily shake! Add some mixed frozen berries and peanut butter (+shakeology if you have it) and it will taste like a PB&J smoothie! 1 cup spinach with 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 tbs peanut butter, 1 cup ice + 1 cup water.
Mix it in! Add 1 cup of spinach to your salad of romaine lettuce and you wont even taste the difference!
Add it to a sandwich! The taste of honey ham and mustard will overtake the taste of the spinach.
Wrap it! Use spinach wraps instead of bread and fill it with ground turkey or chicken!
