Early riser. I get shit done when the rest of the world is sleeping. Zero distractions, no one to talk to, nothing to do but focus on me and my physical and mental health.
Netflix only at night. I NEVER have hours of Netflix marathons unless I’m doing mindless tasks that move my business forward. I have a relaxed 30 minutes at the end of the day, typically 3 days a week where I watch an episode of my favorite show. Waste no time, use every hour to improve yourself & move forward in life.
Attitude: The fit and healthy are positive, motivated, encouraging. Typically this is developed by what’s called ‘personal development.’ This is what I do in the early mornings each day. I listen to a book that my soul needs, that my confidence desires, that my mind LOVES.
Organized. The fit and healthy are organized, because otherwise they’d be overwhelmed and likely fall off track. Organized in their programming, meal prepping, daily to-do’s, etc.
Snacks are readily available at all times.
The fit and healthy are prepared for any circumstance: I.e in a traffic jam, snacks are available. OR if their challenged to a foot race they’ve got Nikes and workout clothes in their trunk.
Vitamins/Shakeology. They invest in their health and give their body what it needs.
The fit and healthy carry a water bottle everywhere
Have a plan: For every week, for every day, for every snack..
Go to bed early-ish. Sleep is just as important for recovery as anything else.
