Feedback from clients and followers had made me realize people struggle with staying on track because they don't know how to hold themselves accountable or where to find accountability.
In my experience, accountability goes right along with having a plan, a to-do list, and someone depending on you. If you have a list of things you need to get done today, you've ordered them by priority and the consequence of not getting them done is not being able to spend time with your hubby at the end of the day --- you're totally going to stick to the plan and get shit done, right!? That's accountability right there!
