She says it a little nicer than I do ;) Losing weight is HARD. I'm not denying that it isn't. I'm also not claiming that I know what it feels like to workout at 20-100 pounds overweight. If you'd like, I can certainly find you a mentor/coach that know what it's like to lose 100+ pounds, maybe you'll relate more. But I am confident I can provide you with the tools, accountability and education to get the transformation you've always wanted...
But the difference between you and the guy that's lost the weight you're still carrying is:
He worked his ass off.
He found his own motivation.
He made time.
He sacrificed $140 to loose 20-100+pounds (WOA, I'd say that's more than worth it! He purchased life changing tools and saved his life for $140)
He got his mind right and threw his excuses out the window.
He found a program that was fun for him or he pushed through the hard work of one that wasn't.
He sought out support of a solid motivator.
HE PUT IN THE TIME. HE PUT IN THE MONEY. HE PUT IN THE HARD WORK & HE FOUND RESULTS.
Nothing is going to be free in this life. It's either going to cost time, money or energy. Do you want to spend your money on junk food? Do you want to waste your time watching Netflix? Do you want to spend your energy on storing fat?
WORK. Because nothing else matters...
