1. Squats and deadlifts: If you can brave this section of the gym it will pay off!
2. Squat Jumps
3. Lunges (forward & backward)
5. Lunges with a kick back
4. Step ups on plyo boxes
5. Add weight! Body weight it good to start off with, but if you want muscular legs you can’t be afraid to squat or lunge with heavy weights! Most girls’ responses would be they don’t want to look bulky or manly, but in all honesty to “tone” your legs is to build muscle. Get stronger, lift heavier, and shape your legs by adding weight!
