"Man oh man! The 21 day fix extreme...where do I even begin?? To say that one small box delivered to my door changed my life would be the biggest understatement of the century. I began the program about 2.5 months after the birth of my first child. I was an overweight new mom with a demanding newborn that consumed all my time. I ate junk all day long and lived like a hermit, getting little to no exercise. After a harsh reality check, I found myself in desperate need of a health and fitness routine that would fit into my lifestyle. Basically, I needed a fast, convenient, effective workout that I could do while keeping my newborn within eyesight. A friend of mine recommended I try the 21 day fix extreme. 30 minute workouts that I could do from home, paired with a kick ass nutrition plan that took the guess work out of meal planning. Sounded easy enough right? Almost too perfect if you ask me. So I decided to give it a go. I started the program March 1st of this year and have never looked back. In just the first 21 days I had lost a little over 7.5 pounds and 3% body fat. My confidence was slowly beginning to surface again and my energy levels were higher than ever! I was eating better than I ever had before, and the happiness that came with it noticeably filled my everyday life. I was beginning to notice myself not only becoming a better mom, but a better wife and friend because of it. To some this may sound dramatic, but that's because it is. After completing the first 21 days I went on to do round 2, and am now currently doing 22 minute hard corps.
