I will have the same foods in my refrigerator and I will put some additional foods for me to have some snacks to eat in those bonding moments with my family. I will also separate the foods that are not healthy and will invest in the foods that are good for my mind, body and heart and this is a necessary act for us. This is really fun. I will do it later after I finish my dinner.
