Lunches should include protein, veggies and carbs. A lot of people would assume this examples would be suitable for dinners. However, carbohydrates should be consumed earlier on in your day so you can burn the energy before you settle in for the night.

We threw the shrimp into a frying pan for 10 minutes, sprinkled some red pepper, salt free seasoning in and then crafted our shrimp tacos!
