Every program comes with it's individual nutrition guide with portion control containers. What I do, is personally customize the nutrition guide into a plan specifically targeted for you, your weight, your fitness goals, and your favorite foods.
My four nutrition plan rules:
1) Never go hungry
2) Never miss out
3) Cater to your taste buds
4) NEVER COUNT CALORIES
Dieting isn't in my vocabulary. We need to live life enjoying the flavors of delicious foods. I'll work with you to find alternatives to your favorite unhealthy foods, scheduling days for your unhealthy treats, and creating a life with a full balanced meal plan.
